Will green tea or Cascara Sagrada cure constapation?

Probably neither one will cure it permanently, but Cascara Sagrada will sure alleviate the symptoms at least temporarily! I don't think green tea will do anything about it, but it is good for you.

Senna Leaf Tea in the health food store. I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and I get really bad spasms and sometimes cant go. My Doc told me to get it. Its great, but tates really bad.

Its not a cure. More like a quick fix.

cascara will definitely but only temporarily. get the capsules.
