im about 6-10 pounds overweight.

I don't believe it has to do a lot with the amount of weight lost (although obviously just a pound or two wouldn't do it) but rather the quickness in which the weight was lost. If weight was lost rapidly and the skin couldnt keep up with that then that may leave exess hanging skin.

depends on how overweight you are sorry but what makes you now wonder about that, no one goes to bed light & wakes up heavy, i do not understand, so often do i read, hear people & their diets, how come all these people aren't alarmed after just a few pounds, instead they gain pound after pound & complain later
if everyone would just eat & live healthier to start of with all these stupid weight watcher programs wouldn't get rich of overweight people

My husband lost 60 pounds and now he has loose skin.
