What is God doing?
Everytimem something good happens in my life in less that a day something bad happens. Why am I going through this? I've been rejected by a girl only to find that she actually liked me but now she is mad because i tried to go out with another girl. That girl used me to get another guy. And then one girl asked me out, then she didn't show up and laughed at me the next day. Why am I being tested like this when will it end. I really want to be with the first girl but now she is mad and I think i permanatley screwed up. Should I just switch schools?

You are going through what is known as "growing pains". You appear to be too focused on unimportant things right now. What is God doing? He is watching you, and trying to show you that you need to turn your focus in another direction because the direction you have it in now is not working. Relax...take a deep breath...regroup yourself and put your right foot forward and take that first step in the right direction. Changing schools is not the answer. Changing your attitude is. Just try to forget all the girls for a least a couple of weeks and pour yourself into your classes, sports, or anything that will help you get over this little hump in life. You are young, intelligent....the girls appear to have had their fun with you....so let it go and get back to what counts....YOU. The other will take care of itself in time.

Consider the possibility that God is putting you in situations where you can learn about yourself. Can you kinda step back from the situation a bit more, and look at the reactions these women are evoking from you? Are you any better or worse a human being because this one smiles at you, or that one laughs, or this one stays the night, or this one doesn't even see you? What are you looking for - pleasure, acknowledgment, acceptance? From whom? What are you trying to avoid - loneliness, rejection, pain? What are you afraid of? What do you hope for?

Your question implies that you're in college - check out whatever counseling services your school offers, just having someone with whom you can just talk these kinds of things out can be immensely helpful. As you figure yourself out, other people will become less puzzling - and who knows, maybe God will make more sense, too!

Oh my gosh! That is so cool to hear someone else is going through "somewhat" of the same thing im going through. Like, i've believed in God for longer then I can remember but everytime it seems like he gives me something good, it either gets taken away or something bad happens in return. I prayed so much about it, and finally it dawned on me that we, as humans, only need or pray to God when we want something. In all actuallity we need to also thank him when he gives us something good. And thats exactly what i started doing, and for the most part im keeping the good things he has given to me.
I hope that helped!

To answer your first question: What is God doing? He is allowing you to live out the consequences of your own choices. If a person runs a red light and is pulled over by a police officer and given a ticket, that person should not ask "What is God doing?" It wasn't God that forced the person to run the red light, they did that of their own free choice. And so did you.

Should you switch schools? NO! Try to return to the same school and not only be nice to her, but try to be the best possible friend to her. After all, she deserves at least that much.

You cant blame God for the problems in your life. You need to thank God for the good as well as the bad, there are lessons to be learned from the bad things that happen in our lives

It does feel like we're being tested all the time, doesn't it ?? I see in my life how I've been tested, tempted, punished and rewarded. I sometimes feel like I'm on a roller coaster ride. Life is an emotional thing and it can be happy and meaningful... silly and tragic and boring and all these things in one day. It's hard but just hang in there. At least your on this roller coaster ride...just see where it takes you.
