Well the girl is 17 and im 43 but I really like the girl cause she is very attracted to me and she is kind and Im not abusing her in anyway. I wonder if I should just go with my instinct and just go on a date with her and see what happens what do you guys think? I dont feel like asking her parents cause they might call the police lol

the law say it is a jail offense...I say IF it is acceptable with the parents of the girl to do so then it is no ones business. But he should have written permission from the parents or legal guardians of the underage girl.
Additional: Well if you do not have the parents permission and you are afraid if you went to them they would call the police, you should get away from her until she is of age in your state or Provence. You are playing with prison time and being registered as a pedophile which will remain with you for the rest of your life. I ask you, Is it worth the risk?

NO! That is illegal. Even if she will legally be an adult in a year! What do you think will happen? What if you two really like each other, then you will continue going out and everything will have to be a secret and thats terrible. Plus you could rape her or something and go to jail for that.
So whatever you choose you will go to jail! Your sick and perverted.

Its not wrong, but is looks like you are abusing her because she is underaged and I think you should go out with some one who is closer to you age.
