i have this terrible shyness when i am around girls is there a way to break that shy ness

Pick a class curriculum where girls would normally pick. You can join a cooking class, a sewing class, or join a beauty school. If that is too extreme, you can join a Poetry session at the nearest bookstore or library. That way, you can become a creative writer. And by the way, girls swoon over poets...believe me.

This also creates a conversation piece with girls that want to talk to you. The first thing you need to do is not over analyze the situation. Women are just as shy as men. Don't force to open yourself up. Otherwise, you will seem phoney.

I understand, i have a terrible shyness around guys, and I'm still working on it, what helps is starting out with not just girls but guys too, kids in your classes that you dont talk to, if you are still in school, try making conversation with them, and once you get comfortable making conversation with people you don't know, try it on girls. i actually had the same problem, not just around guys, but everyone... the way i over came my shyness was just getting to know people and before i knew it I was talking to everyone
it gets to a point where you jus say "screw it" and start talking to people.. the shyness is really deep down inside your head you are telling yourself "she's going to think im dumb or retarded" you have to ignore that and be yourself

First you have to believe yourself, love yourself, be proud of who you are. Build your self esteem and develop good personality traits that girls love to hear. There are many self help books that you can read to build a high self esteem no matter what your looks are. In this world there are no ugly people, the only ugly ones are the bad people and you are not that.

OK... i alwayz seen guyz like tht n i really liked this one dude n he wuz superduper shy of gurlz..n i tried tlking to him but he wud alwayz keep hiz eyez on da floor... ppl wud say he likes me too but he'z too shy to tlk to me or ask me out...i wanted him to tlk to me badly..but then we didnt go out cuz i went with sum1 else n i waited too long... i want all the shy guyz around the world to STOP BEING SHY cuz u wud lose a once in a lifetime chance with some gurl tht u mite think iz perfect JUSS for being shy...go for it! Well...depends how old you are. If you are 21 or over, i would say getting drunk. I know its not the best thing to do, but it helped me with guys. Another thing that helped me, was getting laid for the first time. That broke the shyness quick.

Im sorry for you but heres some advice to change that. Spike your hair, wear more of the abrcrombie, holister, and arapostal. Give yourself a more sk8ter look. And feel more confident about your self. I like a dorky guy anyways he is still nice he dosnt talk mutch but i know he likes me and i bet some other girl like you to.

Talk about things that interest you, that way you can hold up the conversation if need be. Be a good listener. Be yourself and give it time. Things will get easier.
