i like this one gal, but i think one of her good friends likes me. i think she likes me too but just hasnt said anything, would she try not to like me if her friend does? thanks.

If this was my situtain i would look at like this. You need to find out if her friend does like you and if you do not like her let her know in a gentle way. If you think thats going to mess things up with the girl you like then just talk to her and ask hows shes feels and that you like her. I know thats what i would want.

Why don't u ask the girl u like how she really feels about u. U can then figure out what to do from that. If she says she really likes u like boyfriend then Ur in the driver seat with her, if she says she just like u as a brother like friend and nothing more, then maybe ( if u like can go out with her friend) because Ur free to do so. After that and she then starts to act as if she likes u in a boyfriend way then she's should have made that clear when she had the chance. U didn't do anything wrong so don't feel like u did. U don't owe her any explanations if u should ask out her firend( who knows how she feels about u) her friend does not owe her an explanation either, because it's not as if she stole u away from her.
But in case she likes u the thing with the other friend who likes u can't feel too bad because unless ur giving her signals u like her back she'll just have to move on to another guy.

It can go both ways...
They can both be crazy about you and talk amoungst each other.
Or can be Bitches and say O I like him better or he likes me more. When I was younger I didnt care if both of us liked him but as you get older you want some one that is going to like you and only you not to people + at the same time...

Yes. She might not want her friend to get hurt.. But she could also only be acting nice to you because she wants you to like her friend and go out with her.

it depends how close of friends they are but if they are not close you never know. i would ask out which everone you like more dont settle
