If you don't have a fireplace or gas stove, put half of the graham on a micro-wave safe plate, then the chocolate, then the marshmallow. Put it in for 10-12 second (it will get big, but will reduce it's size and remain melty the moment the microwave shuts off. Top with other cracker. Voila.

DON'T overheat the marshmallow...it will explode and NEVER come off of the inside of the microwave.

You could also buy Fluff and chocolate icing. It's not the same, but will satisfy your urge.

Also, they make Smore's makers that you can buy cheaply on E-bay or at Wal-Mart or a toy store.

I have had some success with microwaves (maybe on low setting) and toaster ovens for melting/ browning the marshmallows on the grahm crackers. It may be good to put the chocolate on ahead of time too.

If you have a gas oven, you can cook them over the burners. If not, you can melt the marshmallows partially in the microwave, then put it on the graham with chocolate. It's not quite as good, but is ok in a pinch.

Go to the Food Network website, look up the show 'Ham on the Street'. He has a fantastic recipe for 'nacho s'mores'. Wonderful.
