I truly believe in Fate and Destiny!! Yes, I do believe that people can love each other even before they meet. I love the song "I Knew I Loved You Before I Met You" and it was a success because people believe it. You meet someone and something just clicks into place and YOU KNOW!!
I have a favorite quote that goes as follows:

We all meet everyone for a reason, we just need to figure out the reason we are meeting people for. If you meet someone and the 2 of you are very much alike and meant to be together then yea it could be destiny. Maybe you were meant to be together by fate!

Yes, Love can be created it can be modified using the actual resources (means: money can be used to change your mind using the help, care, friendship, and enjoyable times benefiting from it etc).
Feel the effect you have while you are reading a love story or watching a drama. In absence of you can feel that nearly 50% that you are also involved in all the events in the story or a drama. It’s our heart which is looking for its needs. If it satisfies any of its appealing, then you will feel that you are in the right move to take action. But it’s difficult to change the love due to the positive charging affected while you had practiced sometimes to have get the comfort of love .Because you will think that you are leaving the good times without any hope. Oh, yes. I first saw my fiance one night while I was on a date with someone else. I was in a bar that I have gone to all my adult life and I had never seen him before. The next night, around 11pm, I got up, got dressed and told my kids I had to leave. I just knew if I went again, I would see him. I did, and we have been together going on two years now. The song "Bless the Broken Road" could have been written about my life before him.

You might have imagined an ideal match for yourself, and YES to your question, if you meet your ideal person. However, if you have never imagined such a person, never seen the person before, how can you love each other even before you meet, with an exception of being in hallucination state.

I belive in it. I actual have a situtain like that. My boyfriend and i both love cooking and we both attend the same school. However he was suppose to start a month before we did and i was suppose to start next year but we both ended up starting the same time and we are happy we did cause we feel in love with each other and we belive it was faith that brought us together so i do belive in.

Yes! I truely belive that. I used to write to my love before I met him. It made me feel like he was really there. I believe there is someone for everyone. I totally believe it is fate that brings two people together.

Luck, air, gravity, eyesight, etc. All of it works into the equation. Love can only be experienced through time, it can not be accomplished in a matter of seconds, nor will it ever be accomplished, since it is a journey, not a destination. So no.

Noooooooo!!! You must get to know ones habit's and likes & dislike's. Sure you can meet online and get to know one another but you must spend time together in order to make sure this person is the right one. Go hange out together meet thier freind's & family & vise a versa It might not matter too some but it matter's to me. I haven't tried to make a relationship online but to meet person to person I think is the key!!!

No...they may love the idea of love...they may love who they think that person is (because without having met them, they cannot know), but they don't love the other person because they don't KNOW the other person...
There is no "meant to be"...things in our life happen because they happen...it's not a scripted show...the whole "meant to be" idea is romantic when we think about it with regard to love...but it's not reality...doesn't mean wonderful things can't happen in our lives though ☺
