The last few months, I found out that my skins around my hips and ard the private area started to peel itself, its a very thin piece of skin and when i remove it, i started getting patches.
What is happening actually?
can the mark be removed?

You may have some kind of allergic reaction...it could be due to the material of your pants, detergent, or certain foods... consider removing each possible factor to determine the cause...if it gets worse by becoming more itchy or scaly, visit the dermatologist for a full evaluation.

if you are using sented soaps or other new products in that area stop using them and see a dermatologist asap

Try using cream or lotion and if that doesn't help then go to the dermatologist.
