Yeah, it just tends to be more transient.

The younger you are, the easier it is to love because you and most other teenagers haven't had defining life experiences that seperate you from other people and haven't developed concrete ideas about what is right and wrong, good and bad. The longer you live the more exacting you become. Thus, someone that is easy to love as a teenager, you may feel different about after you start witnessing the effects from the decisions they made or didn't make about who they wanted to be.

The other thing to note, is that, while it can exist, teenagers often incorrectly label other things such as infatuation or lust as being love.

That said, be brave! The only way you'll ever find love (as a teenager or otherwise), is by diving after it when you think you see it. You gotta be smart, but you also gotta be willing to believe.

It depends what you mean. There is no such thing as "puppy love" as most teenage relationships are labeled. All love in a teenage relationship is quite real, and if you look at the way the members of that relationship take everything in a loving manner, you acually realise that they are the ideal couple.

yes absolutly, most experience lust or infatuation at this age but that does not speak for everyone, and love includes lust anyway...at least in the beginning but love is also when you can understand and respect the person for who they really are some teenagers have had enough maturaty or life experience to recognize this difference.

Yes, but it's probably a better idea to play the field a bit and get an idea of what you're looking for.

It's called infatuation...it can be intense, it feels like they imagine love would feel, and when it ends they are sure their heart is breaking...

But love typically requires more time and maturity than go into the vast majority of teen relationships...

Yes. You can be in love at any age. I remember my first love was at 3. Don't listen to what anyone tells you. It is never too young to be in love.
