get a good shape tigh and leg. By the way I am a guy. I have a good chest but poor on the leg areas...any help

leg press..its works most of the lower body! If you dont have access to a leg press machine, stand on your tippy toes then lift and lower your heels to the ground for a couple mintues. It will hurt horribly afterwards, but your calf muscles will get bigger!

Squats are regarded as the best mass building leg exercise. Focus on it as your primary leg exercise and see where it takes you. Work on good form as that's the most important not only for safety but for maximum gains.

Leg presses work pretty much the same muscles as squats, but just don't have the mass building qualities as squats. However, they'd be a good alternative to squat on other days. Also, stiff-leg deadlifts are excellent for developing the back of the legs (hamstrings).

Leg extensions can be used for warming up before squats and for after squats as a shaping exercise.

i would suggest body building using weight lifting to produce muscle and shape to your body. check with a physical fitness trainer and gets some ideas to start.
