Bo is here in America and I would like to use an American based company. This actually happened. Google it.

Try Bank of America. They issue them to illegals with no Social Security number. It should be easy for Bo.

Try Citi Financial from Canada. They keep sending us their stuff. Another one is AIG or ING or somthing like that. Their commercials are really flaky and annoying.
