Yes!!!! What you need to do is put him on blast... even if it's in front of a whole bunch of people. The next time he approaches you, before he gets a word in, turn around and tell him loud and firm "I'm not comfortable with the amount of attention you're giving me, I'm not interested you as a boyfriend or a friend, leave me the **** alone" If nothing else, he'll be so humiliated that he won't bug you too much anymore. By the way, this is most effective if some of the people around you are men because if he tries to tell you otherwise they'll usually step up and say something in your defense and you may end up meeting somebody that's worthwhile:)
