I have not tried the Wedding Day Diet, but I should! I want to lost 80 pounds for my wedding in Oct. 08. I did the Atkins diet while i was in high school and lost 70 pounds, but then i stopped excercising, started eating junk again and stopped smoking and all the weight came back.

Diets dont work, they are designed to fail and cause you to gain anything you do lose to come back and then some. What you and i must remember is there is only two ways to get rid of fat. One is to burn it off and the other is to have it sucked out. So since I heard that liposuction hurts worse than broken bones I say get up thirty minutes early and walk, walk for thirty more in the afternoon or evening.. Drink water to flush out toxins and the food, take Cascara Sagrada to move the food you do eat through faster giving it less time to absorb. Get enough sleep, cut out soda (they are only making it with high fructose corn syrup and chemicals now cause it is cheaper) and stop eating fast food, it is full of filler, fat, stuff like that. I will guarantee that you will lose more than that by August, look better than you have ever looked, feel better than you have ever looked and there are some awesome Cds you can work out by for pilates, yoga or what ever keeps you from being bored. Record music for your walks, borrow a dog from a neighbor, or walk yours if you have one, keep it interesting, call friends and invite them to walk the malls, or parks when the weather is nice and most of all, dont watch TV, the commercials are designed to make you want to eat, watch movies, or walk out of the room during commercials.
Protiens, fruits and vegetables are filling and by eating more of these, you will not be as hungry as you are if you eat processed, or fast food, or bread, pastas, or anythng white... milk... you know.. also, stretch every morning before walking or before getting out of bed, breathe deeply during the day, water and more water... and watch out for people that are close to you that do NOT want you to succeed, they will offer you candy, stuff that is bad for you... take vitamins, and know that it is your mind, your body and your life, so when a Mom, sister or best friend say "oh, you can have one cookie" or what ever.. it wont hurt you", just say no thanks, over and over and over until they realize that you are on to them, totally polite and happy, yet unmovable. Good luck and I hope you will come back here and keep us up on your success!!!! One thing I have done is to buy "the outfit" that I want to wear when the weight is gone and I have a photo of me thin on my refridgerator, the outfit hanging on my closet door and notes around the house saying positive things...
