Move on. If he says you are ugly, he is shallow and will never like you because he is looking for someone who he thinks is hot.

First off, are you sure that he actually said that about you. considering that your friend likes him too...just how honest is she going to be when she wants him too? Second of all, how well do you know him? Do know him well enough to "love" him or are you just "in love" with idea of being with him, and what is it exactlly about him that you "need"? Now, that being said, the old addage "just be yourself" fits here. Now if you maybe have some self image issues, a new hair do or maybe some new clothes that might give you a little more self confidence is not out of the question. But when it all comes down to the nitty gritty...personality compatibility is part of the foundaton in which good strong relationships are forged. If you have been honest with him and truly been yourself around him and he doesn't want to "be" with you, there not whole you can do about it.

Well first off, Talking from experience, you should never date a guy that your friend dated. It always ends up in a mess, I promise. But if you do end up pursuing this, then you have to think, maybe he said you were ugly so that he wouldn't have to admit to his ex how he feels about you. I know that had to be awkward for him. His ex asking how he feels about someone else. But then you have to think, he might of said that because he meant it, and maybe he said such a harsh word, because he still has feelings for the ex(your friend). I know it's hard, but you have to bring yourself away from him. Date other people, eventually you will find someone else to occupy your time. If he likes you, he will find someway to let you know without hurting anyone's feelings. Just please let this one go, it will only end up in disaster. Good luck, and stay strong.

There are things in life that you will have to accept. And true happiness wont come from a relationship when only one person is in love. U should wait for the right person that is made for. Someone made for you would be someone that likes you back. Why should you give your special love to somone who wont give you some back your way. Dont love somone who doesnt love you, its not worth it.

Well, my opinion is, just because your friend said he said you were ugly, doesn't mean he actually said that. If she likes him too, then she may just be saying that so you will not be interested in him anymore. I am 25, and my best advise is, ask him yourself. Girls/Women, can be very cruel to each other when it comes to boys/men. Sorry, but it's the truth lol.

If shes your friend, you cant get mad at her for liking him. Shes your friend she has to the right to like him. But you dont really NEED anyone in your life, although you may WANT him alot. But if he doesnt like you he doesnt like you, you cant really force him to like you. The most you can do it talk to him and get to know him

She wants dude for herself. You shouldnt deal with her. She will block you in everything you do if she has something to gain. You should forget about him if she been with him anyway cause he is and will be leftovers and you will always be beneath her if you deal with him. Find your own man and stay away from her leftovers and her too.

Ask him out, or just ask him face to face you and him "Do you like me?" if he doesn't he might be lying sometimes guys do that to hide their feelings if he doesn't it might take a whiel to get over it, but you'll move on.

rule number one: i am complete without another person, i will only have another person in my life that adds to it in a benificial way.
so why dont you ask this guy directly why he would talk to you and then tell your friend that he thinks you are ugly. in all honesty she likes him and is backstabbing you. talk to him directly and then refer to rule number one.
