My boyfriend, me, and several of our friends went out last night and we all came back to his house. Most of us left to go home, including me. But people who lived far stayed overnight at his house. Anyway, there was a girl and 1 or 2 guys at his house, and he has 2 spare bedrooms + the living room + family room w/ couches etc etc. The one girl and him slept together in his bed, and the other guys slept in the other bedrooms. I'm friends w/ the girl, and I trust my boyfriend so I don't think I'm concerned if they did anything or not. But I just think it's WEIRD and awkward for him to sleep in the same bed w/ someone of the opposite sex. Oh. and he also used to like her before we started dating. a while back.
But yea, my question is, in my situation, is it weird/awkward/inappropriate for him to have allowed her to sleep with him in his bed? I just think there were other options.. it's not like there was a shortage of sleeping spaces.
What do you guys think?

Haha, stupid innocent me thinks that a lot of people can do this LOL! I sleep at my guy friends places in their bed often. Didn't know it was a big deal until people were making it sound like we must be having sex. I'm like eh? Nah. Just is too late to go home, or we're doing something together the next day, and they have a one bedroom w. one bed. Not rocket science to me. Don't think either of us has to sleep on the couch. So we hop in bed and go to sleep. lol. Me: Sagittarius w. a Leo Moon Male friends signs vary. I do this the most though w. my Gemini BFF and my Capricorn friend. My BFF has a Gemini Sun and Moon, and an Aries Venus. My Capricorn friend has a Taurus Moon and a Capricorn Venus.

Well, the question you have to ask is "If there was more sleeping space, than why on earth did they have to sleep together?" I mean, with two spare rooms, and couches, don't you think that she could have slept somewhere else besides with him? If he really respects you and cares, than he wouldn't be sleeping with another girl, even if it is just sleeping, because that is a sign of disrespect. If he does this once, than what would stop him from doing it again?

Never put anything past a guy. It's never okay for your boyfriend to sleep in the same bed with another woman. If he liked her in the past most likely he still have some type of feelings for her. Your a good woman to be still with him. How did you find out? Did he tell you or did you find out yourself? If he told you then most likely nothing happen.

Hey, well i'm really not a jealous person and i deal with a lot but that is a little to far. She could have slept with one of the other guys or someone could have slept on the couch. But if you trust him then that's great, i guess i had trust issues with my boyfriend!

I would be terribly suspicious. If he respected your relationship and you, he wouldn't have had her in the same bed, period. You shouldn't have to put up with behavior like that. He should've slept separately from her even if there were no other beds/couches....there's always the floor. There's no excuse. He's not taking your relationship seriously.

First of all, how old are you all. Second of all, if I had a girlfriend and I was truthful to her and people stayed at my house I wouldn't let anyone sleep with me even the guys. If necessary I'd sleep on the floor.

Yes, it is a little weird/awkward/inappropriate. The question is, what difference does it make? What's done is done, right? If you don't think he did anything with her, why not just let it go?

Never. Unless this girl is butch and ugly beyond belief. Even then guys get drunk and she will do. I would be mad. He could have slept on the floor or made her sleep on the floor!

I definitely think that is very weird. Maybe you shouldn't be so trustworthy. You can't trust anybody girl. Have a talk with him and let him know if it happens again your not gonna be forgiving and the relationship is over.
