I have very, very, very oily hair. I wash it every day but it is oily by 2pm. I also straigthen it becuase it is very staticky and poofy. Then it becomes very dry, yet oily. What is the issue? What shampoo and conditioner do I need to use? Is there a website about it?

I have the same problem when I straighten my hair. I have naturally curly hair and use a heavy conditioner. You should try using a lighter conditioner or no conditioner at all...at least not everyday. I couldn't do it with my hair though. You should try different products and see what is right for you rhair type.
good luck!♥

The reason why your hair is oily is because YOU WASH IT EVERYDAY !! That is not good becasue you are massaging the hair pores in your head allowing more oil to dispurse ! My mum has been a PROFFESSIONAL hairdresser for over 40 years ( not like the ding bats that are hairdressers today).... you need to go to a GOOD hair salon and speak with a woman that knows her stuff ...u need to buy the right shampoo and conditioner ( which is ONLY for the ends of your hair ...not scalp) for your hair type ! It is expensive but TRUST me that crap in the stores is TERRIBLE for your hair !! Good luck and email me for more help if u need ! ; )

Something I find helpful is changing your shampoo regularly. I find that by changing them, I get better results with my hair.

But the best idea is to do some research and speak to your hair stylist. They should know the best way to combat oily hair. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
