Don't be shocked. Don't disbelieve my answer, but it is quite possible. A remote chance that prayer by one, or a million will do no good. How much more proof do you need?
I will give $10,000.000 to anyone who can prove that prayer alone will work, cure cancer, save a life etc...
God helps those who help themselves, is a cop-out.

If you have to ask then you need to pursue more of a relationship with him.
When I lost God in my life it wasn't I lost him he was always there but sin put a huge bridge between us that I had to cross and meet him.
There is a passage in the Bible that basically says if he feeds the birds of the air . . . . . . and they don't worry about where their next meal comes from . . . . . . . well he loves you so much and will supply all your needs. Have faith, pray that HIS will be done in your life, not your own. Pray and thank him for what you do have. Don't loose your faith, he is trying to get you to pay attention to something.
I will pray for you as well
God Bless

It is my belief that prayer is only a tool that helps us, but it is not a subsitute for taking action in our own lives and accomplishing what we want with them. We have to live and create our own lives and are responsible for accomplishing what we want. Prayer hopefully helps guide us on our paths, and gives us the strength to get through them. But it's not a subsitute for us living our own lives. And I don't believe God is responsible for handing me my needs and wants. I believe we were all given free will, and with that comes making our own choices and, well, living our own lives.
So I'd make sure to take the steps I need to accomplish what I want, and not just pray that needs are met. And one thing I've learned is that every time I think I have it bad I see someone who makes my life look fantastic in comparision. And I'm sure they could do the same.
But bottom line if you want more, go out and figure out how you can accomplish that, and pray for help in succeeding. That's a winning combo if you ask me.

In the imagination of some ancient people. All ancient cultures, before many of our current scientific discoveries, made up mythical beings to explain the world around them and answer the questions that had no answers before. This god was one of them. If you want your life to get better, go out today and make it so. Quit asking for it and go get it. If you sit at home waiting for things to change..they never will.

Maybe you have been praying for the wrong things. Have you read Scripture, so you will know what to pray for? The Almighty YHVH created this world very good. Once man sinned, he could no longer meet the requirements of YHVH. Because of His great love for man, He sent His son the Savior. The Savior's name means YHVH is my Savior!--YAHOSHUA! The only way one can have his sins taken care of is to invite the Savior in to carry them. If a person chooses to remain attached to their sins, they will be consumed in the cleansing fire the Almighty will send to cleanse this world so He can make it new! How could the Almighty be more generous?

If you are so poor and hungry how do you afford internet access?
God helps those who help themselves. He is not going to give people everything they want without working, God commands us to work hard. In fact, working hard is a way of praising Him.

Try the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Get to know who God is and whose prayers get answered from your own study of the Bible. Then, try your prayer again. See if it doesn't make a world of difference.

God never promises to make you rich if you follow him. Gods promise is to save you from your sin! He will help you in this life but you have to be willing to live a life of faith.
