Far greater minds than mine, or anyone else's here on R & S, have wrangled with this question since the beginning of time. So how 'bout I keep it simple and answer with the lyrics of a song?
Whats it all about, alfie?
Is it just for the moment we live?

What is life all about? Life is about finishing. It is about reaching the end successfully. It is a journey; a journey unto a destination. The destination is that place of total success and victory, that place where everything that you have been sent on this earth to do, HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED.
