just say u were under age and u screwed a guy a little older than u wood that be consiterd rape??? i am askin this question cuz my best friend dates alot of older guyz and she is under age i tell her dat they can be arrested for rape but she sayz " if you screw a guy that it is older than its not rape if u enjoy it and u told him u wood" Is that true or will they still get accused of rape even if we enjoyed it!

No it is not, the defination of rape is "the crime of forcing a woman to submit to sexual intercourse against her will ". If you didn't want to and told him no then it's rape, if you told him you did when you actually didn't then it's still not rape. However if he is older then 18 and you are younger then it will be concidered illegal.

Whether or not you enjoyed it is not the issue. The issue is the fact that you are under age. It depends on where you live on what the age is for statutory rape. In some states the legal age of consent is 14, other places 16, etc. So you have to look at the laws of where you live and find out what the age of consent is. If you are under age and don't fit into the age category of legal age of consent, then yes, your parents could have the guy arrested for statutory rape, and some places could even consider the guy a pedophile.

It depends on how much older. In most states, the age of consent (or the age where you are by law, allowed to have sex) is 16. Techinally, anyone under the age of 16 who has sex is breaking the law. Anyone who is over 16 and has sex with someone who is under that age - that is considered statutory rape - WHETHER OR NOT that person 'enjoys it'.
For example, if a 15 year old has sex with a 17 year old, it's considered statutory rape, there's no other way to spin it. It's the law and that 17 year old could get arrested.
Now dating...I think it's fine if you date, but sex is 100% out of the question - by law anyway.

A person can be charged with STATUTORY RAPE is the victim is under the AGE OF CONSENT (in the US... AOC is from 18). Statutory rape is the crime of sex with a 'minor' under the age of consent. Statutory rape differs from other types of rape in that overt force or threat need not be present. By law (statute), any such sexual activity is assumed to be coercive since the 'minor' is considered in law as unable to give consent to the acts.

It is considered statutory rape and it doesn't rely on whether the girl liked it or not. However countries and states in america have different laws regarding this so it would be best to look up the laws of your country/state to find out for sure

Any way you look at it is rape and dude too stupid to talk to a woman his own age. Dont get it wrong I love younger women but the only reason I talk to them is cause they think they know and dont have a clue. Its easy to talk a child into something but a woman knows better. Dude is a pervert and should be locked up for messing up a young girls life. Or better yet someone should beat him down till he goes out and violate him with a baseball bat cause thats the only way he will learn something.

Yes , If someone was to turn this guy in he will go to jail for rape . no matter if she said or it felt good she is still to young and he will go down for this . Any man having sex with a younger person no matter what is rape because their mind is to immature to know how wrong it is .

Yes, hun, it's rape. It's not like 1st degree rape, but it's statutory rape, and if any adult (like her parents) called the cops, he would have to go to jail and get a lawyer, and register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

yes its rape and older guys just use younger girls and there egos are so big they will never start liking younger girls only to have sex with i had a girlfriend who was 21 when i was 16 and from what ive noticed is older people pressure younger people into having sex plus if the courts knew somebody overage had sex with a minor they would send his *** to jail because its not right FEEL ME WHATS YO NUMBER??
