pull ups work your biceps and your back(lats). Depending on the width of your grip..and which way you grip the bar(overhand or underhand grip) You can work your abs doing leg raises on the pull up bar.. Hold the bar and bring your knees to your chest.. Crunches are good for your abs too.

Standard pullups work your lats (back of your upper arm) the most.

Lower abs" leg lifts, etc.
