It has been pretty clear he is NO commander in Chief! He knows squat! And it shows by the body bags coming home daily for over 4 years!

Mission Accomplished my A__!!

Civilian leadership of the military is a basic tenet of American government, and if you look at our history you'll find very few accomplished military men who became good CIC's. At any rate, he does seem to avoid most of the micromanagement of a Johnson, and we really have no idea how much interaction of what type he has with the JCS. Also, the war is more on a political than a military level, anyway, so it really doesn't seem his military background is pertinent.

I would not trust a surgeon who had never been a student in his profession.

When he left Afghanistan, it felt like that had been a practice run for what he really wanted to do -- invade Iraq. (It is pretty well established that he wanted to invade Iraq even before 9/11.) We can only hope that he decides to change his major, now that he has gotten bad grades in two of the courses required for world domination.

BTW, rumor has it that he is quite a whiz at the game of Risk.

Whatever.

He's a better choice than the other person who would have hidden in the underground bunkers crying when he did nothing and America was nothing but a pile of burned buildings.
