i am in love with Brandon, and my best friend's name is Colt.

Brandon and i have been dating since September. Colt is a really good friend and has been for 3 years. we've had our nights together, if ya know what i mean, but we've never dated. we talk to each other about EVERYTHING. Brandon doesn't really like it, but i told him he'd have to accept it. [i've never cheated on Brandon with Colt] so the other day, Colt and i were talking and he said "one of us is going to have to go gay." i asked why and he responded with "because in all the movies the girl and the guy are best friends and they end up falling in love" i laughed it off because i didn't really know what to say. i really love Brandon, and i think Colt actually really likes me. since i always go to Colt for guy advice, i feel bad about talking to him about Brandon now. and i feel bad for i guess being around him alot, i love being around him, but i don't want to lead him on. i'm super confused and i don't know what i should do. i need some help. PLEASE?

We'll if you really love Brandon over Colt then tell him your feelings and if you can still remain friends then you can. Otherwise if its to difficult for Colt to deal with might be better to stand back for a while and let you and Brandon have a life together. Everyone wants love but no one should settle to be with someone they don't love just to make the other happy. Do what you want for you and somehow things just might work out.
