Cardio.. 30 minutes to 45 minutes daily.. Cut back on fatty foods.. sugary carbs... Don't stop eating. your body goes into the protection mode and slows down the burning of calories.. Eat 5 small meals daily.. the size of your palm.. Fresh veggies.. salads.. use.. homemade dressing. make them yourself.. Balsamic Vinegar+ Extra Virgin Olive Oil+ 2 tbs. of red wine+ 1 table spoon of brown sugar.. Try it. .

Ask yourself why it's so important to you to be stick thin - would it help you to get some counseling just to get to the bottom of why you feel this way about yourself? Everyone's body types vary and being stick thin may not be healthy for yours. Purging and diet pills are not healthy ways to lose weight (and it doesn't even sound like you really need to anyway)- get yourself some help to figure out what the real issue is for you here. You probably look great!

Try lunges, wall sits, box or front squats, running uphill, hiking, or a glute/hamstring machine at a gym. Cut down on extra sugars as well.

Biking really helps or do donkey kicks.
also try running up stairs WORKS FAST!
or try fitnessmagazine.com tons of excercises there

i would suggest eating healthy and doing lots of cardio(biking, running, illyptical) also try some skwats, they will help tighten you butt!
