like do you rinse then brush your teeth of course with tooth paste or is it first brush your teeth then rinse?

Rinse your teeth and then brush and rinse again. That is what is recommended. Some debris can be removed just from a vigorous rinse in the beginning. Dont forget to floss too at the beginning or end!

U would brush your teeth then rinse. Rinsing gets all the loose gunk that brushing brought out from your teeth.

Rinse (to remove debris already loose), brush (to loosen up the stuff that is not loose), then rinse again (to wash off the toothpaste and stuff that brushing loosened up).

Brush first....Doesn't your dentist brush your teeth then make you use that nasty mouth wash....mine does.
