Why? Why why why why? Not only is it very unhealthy and counterproductive, it's disgusting to do. If you feel the need to throw up just so you can feel good about your body image, you really need to seek some professional help. You should do it as soon as possible or else you're going to have a lifetime of serious eating problems.

Hmm, I remember figuring that out. Five years later I've had 2 heart attacks, a stroke, tears in my esophagus, permanent heart burn, am losing tons of my hair, I'm constantly cold, can never have kids, and a ton of other problems that go along with bulimia, and I'm only 25.

The thing about bulimia and eating disorders in general is you don't look thin. You look sick.

Let me tell you the irony of eating disorders, you do it to lose weight because you want to look good... however, malnutrition (from anorexia) causes you to lose your hair and teeth after a prolonged period of time, and bulimia rots away your teeth from all the acid washing over them. In reality, you end up not looking so good. I understand what it feels like to want to be skinny, believe me... but this is not the way to go about it. Take care.

DON'T! DO NOT DO THAT!
I REPEAT DO NOT DO THAT!
It is VERY unhealthy. Try excercising, and eating healthier. If you are considering making yourself throw up, you should see a doctor or phsycholigist (however that's spelled)

You should not do this as the stomach acid coming up erodes your esophogus and eats the enamel off of your teeth. It is very dangerous if you attempt to try this.

I know you probably don't want to hear this. But that's not a good way to lose weight. There's much healthier ways. Bulimia has killed people. I know I shouldn't preach but I just hope you take in to consideration other methods of obtaining your weight goals

You should'nt. It's a real simple solution. Take in less calories than what you lose when you EXERCISE. Drink plenty of water. It damages your esophagus among many other things
