I'm doing this report, and I know that daily fitness is important, but I can't think of specific reasons, if you could list some, that would be beond great!

I have noticed since I have been exercising that I have a lot more energy especially come evening time I don't feel so run down

When you get to be 51 years old, you will wish so much that you had done daily fitness routines all your life!

a daily workout is good for your heart, circulation and general health. it also just makes you feel better.
