My girlfriend and I have been together for 6 and a half year already. We both really love each other (we are 25). When I talk about wanting to have sex with her, she wanted to break up with me since she thinks I am using her. Is there like a way to tell my girlfriend about me wanting sex and i swear to god, i am not using her. I love her too much to watch her to get hurt.

Well, she just may want to wait until the wedding night, especially if she's still a virgin. But all this needs to be discussed with you both. She does seem a little old to have that type of attitude. It also strikes me in a weird way that she would be willing to break up with you just for asking for some sex, when all she would have to do is say no. Why is she so quick to break up? Could a breakup be coming in the near future? Could there be someone else she's seeing. Think about all of this. Best of luck to you.

It could be that she's never had sex before. Does your girlfriend have any history of sexual abuse? maybe she had a friend who was sexually abused? I've only really seen this kind of reaction in women and men who have had some kind of unwanted/unpleasant sexual encounter before. Sit her down and ask her why she thinks your using her. And tell her what you just told me, use the last line. the "I love her too much to watch her get hurt." part. If you still cant get through to her then I wouldnt push it. She may come to you when she's ready or else you'll end up breaking up. Just be carefull around her while your talking to her about this kind of subject. Good luck. :)

Talk to her, after 6 years I think she should listen to you. Just tell her, that you are not using her, you just want to take a step forward and that if she doesn't want to have sex, then don't and let her decide, after all if you make the mistake, she gets screwed over.

What the hell...it takes 6.5 years to use her? Kinda dumb... just have a "grown-up" converstation and talk about it. If only one puts in the hand it isn't going to work....compromise.

mate, unlike guys, girls don't think from their vaginas. so if you love her so badly then wait till the time she offers herself to you without a second thought.
