Your daughter is doing the correct thing. There is nothing in cow's milk or any other dairy product that is beneficial to humans. Give her something else to drink, whether fruit juice or even water.
Humans are the only animal that drinks milk past infancy, and then it's not even from the correct species! Too many people are still trying to defend milk's supposed health benefits. Unfortunately, they are either using old information or information obtained from research funded by the dairy association. How many people would enjoy a glass of dog's milk or rat's milk? What makes cows special?
There are only two reasons which I've found to support humans drinking cow's milk. We have grown up hearing that it's good for us and we've grown accustomed to the taste and texture. There is absolutely no nutrition that can not be obtained elsewhere, minus the negatives. Calcium seems to be the major claim for milk. It can be found elsewhere in green vegetables, almonds, and many other sources. Where do you think the cows obtain the calcium to put into the milk? Where do other larger animals (elephants, horses, deer, whales, etc) get calcium? Why we continue to drink cow's milk laced with growth hormones, antibiotics, and who knows what else is beyond me.
Since I've given up drinking milk about 5 years ago my health has greatly improved. I suffer fewer allergy problems, asthma and breathing problems are greatly reduced, I'm sleeping better, and I have more energy.
In the '50s smoking was considered harmless but now we realize its dangers. One person at a time and eventually the truth will become widely known that cow's milk is only for baby cows. Milk is indeed the perfect food, but only for infants of the proper species.
Do some research online and decide for yourself.

My daughter was the same way, she was put on skim milk at 6 months due to weight gain and acceptance to new things. She absolutely refused to drink it, Doctor told me to try and get her as much dairy possible such as mix some milk with some baby cereal and feed it too her milk is needed for a young one however you can resort to using it other ways than having her drink it. Try mixing it see if it works. Also try yogurts especially the new organic yogurts, they work wonders! However while doing this you will need to find a substitute such as soy/organic etc. I worked mainly with organic. but also keep in mind, dont cut cows milk out totally try it as she gets older, it could just be a phase.

It's a myth that children NEED to drink cow's milk or eat dairy products. Milk is not a beverage, it's FOOD for baby cows. (Just like breast milk is food for baby humans.)
Everything you get from milk can be obtained through other sources, without the side effects of milk. (See links below.)
A far healthier beverage for your daughter would be water, which you can sweeten with a few drops of plain (unsweetened) apple, white grape or pear juice. (You'd be surprised, it literally takes only a couple of tablespoons of juice for an entire glass of water.) You can sweeten an entire day's worth of water with the 4 oz of juice a day to which doctors recommend limiting your child. If she objects to water at first, you can wean her to plain water by starting with a 1:1 ratio of juice and water and gradually decreasing the amount of juice.

Some times our bodies tell us what is right. Don't give her milk. Study up on other calcium and vitamin D rich foods she likes. She does not need milk to get what she needs.

Try a soy toddler beverage. I like organic products and the only one I'm familiar with is Baby's Only Organic soy. I think you can order it on the internet if you can't find it in a local store.

Hopefully, you can stop creating bad habits NOW and not let her push you around anylonger. You need to step up to the plate and behave like a parent - NOT her friend!
Give her milk and when she refuses it - don't give her anything else until she drinks the milk (NO FLAVORS). You need to be the BOSS - NOT her!
As a parent, you place food in front of her - if she pushes it away - do NOT give her anything else until she learns to eat what is given to her.

Sounds like she may still have an allergy. Give her soy and lowfat cheese instead. Or try cheese that's made with soy. Trust her instincts on this one.

try yogurt if you're concerned she get milk. ice milk or ice cream maybe? mostly, i wouldn't worry about it. make sure she gets a good, complete multi vitamin, and work in protein and calcium to her daily meals. vitamin d is important. a few minutes in the sun or playing by a very sunny window should do it.
