i was up at 7 for work this morning and am now really really tired. my girlfriend has gone to a family party (i was supposed to go aswell but sneaked my way out of it) she has gone back for some drinks to a friends house (which i dont mind) but hasnt got her key. shall i stay up and wait for her or go to bed and then have to get up when she gets home?

am not lying to her, just dont know whats worse, trying not to fall asleep, or falling asleep only to be disturbed!

Just hide the key outside your house somewhere and then call her and let her know your going to bed and where you hid the keys.

why not lay on the couch and take a cat nap. this way you can hear her when she get home and you can get some rest at the same time.

if your g/f really likes and/or loves you, she will understand. plus, you shouldnt be lying to her, just say that your tired from work and she should understand that as well.
