Before or after a workout? Water or fruit juice? Do you take it on rest days in addition to workout days?

on workout days, take 45 before your workout, and then immediately after your workout. On non-workout days, take 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Make sure you drink the mixture within 10 minutes. Creatine is not stable once its in liquid form. After 10 minutes you run the risk of Creatine turning into Creatinine, which is toxic to your body! Mix with juice cause the carbs and sugar in the juice help your body to absorb it faster(preventing the whole Creatinine thang), and the carbs and sugar are good to replace your glycogen levels after your workout!

there is liquid juice creatine in a can it looks like a fruit drink and it taste good no mixing u just chill and drink it before workout and after it really is good try gnc
