Okay so I have a 34 inch bust line and I want it to be smaller? Does your rib cage expand as you gain weight, and if so...how can go make it smaller? What excersizes can I do? Should I focus on upper abdominal excersizes or what? Please someone help me...I am desperate!!

Your rib cage does not grow larger when you gain weight. It is the fat packed around your rib cage that grows thicker. And, of course, breasts are primarily fat. As others have said, there are only two ways to a smaller bust: lose weight or have surgery.
