i'm a cheerleader so i had a pretty good stomach. but since cheer season ended my stomach has just gotten bigger (the waist line) and i just look fat. is there some way i can make that go away without doing so many crunches and situps? and my thighs too, how do i make the fat in my thighs go away. and i dont really want it to turn into muscle, i just want my thighs and stomach to look smaller.

Sounds like you a just suffering from the lack of exercise that you were getting during cheer season. Get active and you'll soon see improvement.

I would suggest Pilates as it strengthens and lengthens muscle groups. This not only tones your muscles but gives them a slimmer sleeker appearance. The great thing about Pilates is that it is low impact and works pretty quickly without a great deal of time being expended on the old fashioned situp or crunch.

Good Luck

For stomach do lots of crunchs and for both do running. For the thighs do squats and jumps.
