Odds are you are either wiping too hard or you are getting dried out. If you go to the doc, odds are they will either give you hemmerhoid cream or rectal suppositories.
What you really need to watch out for is blood in your stool. If you ever see that, note the color and go to a doctor pronto. Dark colored blood is indicative of a serious medical emergency.
The distinction I'm making here is if you notice blood in the bowl before you have done any wiping.

Your anus may just be sore from all the diarrhea and wiping and you developed a fissure or sore.
Unless the bleeding is a lot, I don't think this is an emergency. Call your doctor on Monday.

You have probably got some irritation on the anus from all the wiping. If the blood is a bright red it is surface blood. Darker or black coloured blood is a medical emergency.

Take some immodium aka loperimide for the diarrhea and if the blood continues then see your doc to get the bleeding checked out.

It could be trivial or it could be very serious. There is probably no easy way to know without the help of a doctor.

Most doctors would be really, really good with concerns like this.

Go to a doctor!

You may be developing a hemmorhoid. Don't worry about that. If the blood continues, then you'll need to see a doctor. Best of luck to you.

Go to the doctor IMMEDIATLEY. That means your kidneys aren't working proparly. GO NOW NOW NOW. But first make sure its not coming from a cut around you anus and that is coming from your inside, this is a very serious medical condition and if you don't take care of it immediately it could result in very bad things.
