I have never heard anyone say that the Bible says only Earth has life. Did I miss something? I don't really even remember the Bible talking about other planets specifically at all.

It will suddenly be justified by something else in the Bible. Or we will have been "misinterpreting" the passage that says only Earth has life. It's a losing battle, trying to point out that something in the Bible might actually be wrong.

Why do you say that Christians believe there is life only on Earth? The Bible teaches that there is life in other planets and other universes.

They'll find some way to rationalize it, just like (some of them do) with evolution, dinosaurs, no global flood, the mean & nasty god of the old testament, etc.

By the way, the mormons have already done so...their religion claims that there are multiple gods and multiple "earths" -- our god is just the god of THIS world, and of us. In their myths, if you're a super good mormon and do all the temple rituals religiously (pun intended), you can get to be a god when you're resurrected after you die, create your own world, have spirit babies with your multiple wives to provide spirits for that world, and then repeat the whole "earth" experience with yourself in charge. So to them, multiple planets with life is a given :)

Of course, like all other religious claims, there is no proof of any kind that their myth is real...

Why do you always pick in Christianity?LOL I find it funny and annoying. Christianity is not the ONLY religion that believes that Earth only has life, that includes Judaism and Islam.

I'm sure they'll find a passage about "the multitude of God's work" or something, and then claim that their Bible said it the whole time...*

I think that maybe the bible is referring to a spiritual life, not a physical one.

They'll find scriptures from thousands of years ago clearly explaining it...

Don't worry, they'll just rewrite their apologetics for the umpteenth time. Marketing is everything, you know.
