Have you looked at the type of washing powder you use, or type of fabric your bedding and or bed clothes are made of?

If you have recently changed your brand of washing powder, it could be that, or if you have synthetic bedding or clothes which may also cause itchy skin.

You should also look at what foods your eating, try keeping a log of what your eating and how you feel, and if any strange symptoms occur, e.g itchy throat, tummy cramps etc. Or you could be having a reaction to stress.

Stay with one doctor as you will have better chance of getting this sorted out. I would also suggest you see an allergist, or a dermatologist if the rash does not settle.

Hope it settle soon

do you get hives when it's cold? if so you may have cold induced urticaria.
you can take an antihistamine before bedtime (like claritin, allegra, zyrtec or benadryl) to help it. If it doesn't stop it, there are other medications your allergist can prescribe.

you should see an allergist to make sure it's not some other type of immune problem or something else is not triggering it.
If the 3 doctors you already saw are allergists, keep trying another allergist. Or you can see a dermatologist.

Am not a doctor and don't know exactly what you mean about an allergy, but, my daughter in law has psoriasis and uses Eucerin ( the cream, not the lotion) It works great for her.
