ok so i want to lose twenty pounds so how do i do this without gettind hungry and i wanna be slim not muscular help plz

reduce your portions, stop eating when you're full. do aerobic exercise for long periods of time. walk for two hours every day.

Eat 6 sensible meals a day. At least 2 fruits and 4 veggies. Eat in moderation. Drink tons of water.
Try to do some type of cardio 3x a week.

Lunch less. Move more.

And don't expect overnight results.

just eat better
and drink more water and less of what ever drink you usally drink

try vitamins they give u then essentials and for me they make me eat less=) good luck ~nikie~
