i am the same way(and age) my mom said no(i asked her) and she said no i cant

Weight lose pills are not healthy at any age. Do not take pills to lose weight. You should go to the doctor and see if you need to. You may be going through a growth spurt that will even out in a few months.

Eating healthy and exercising is the best way to stay fit.

At 13 you don't need weight loss pills. You need to eat 3 small portion healthy meals a day with a snack between each meal and before bed. Get plenty of exercise. If you really think you need help you should see your doctor first and get his opinion and help with all of this.

If you want to lose weight, exercise or join a sports team. It works better than the diet pills.

That's no big deal. Keep eating alot. Eat untill you are full and It does not have to be junk food. It takes time yet you can enjoy big amounts of food while you have to gain weight. Just do not give up!!!

ive tried one type of pill to get rid of weight
what you do is put it in water and drink it
it said i had to drink a whole gallon of water and when i took the
2nd sip i almost through up so i hope that helps with ur question

so do I! and you can but it is really hard. Just dont eat nething for a week i did that and lost 9 pouds a week

you don't need them at a young age. you can lose weight faster by just being active
