No seriously, I'm asking. I got three of them here and they can't figure it out. They keep saying "it's god's will" and "electromagnetism is just a theory".

"The perfect fit of the lightbulb and socket, and the complex wiring that runs through a house, is proof that all houses were created for lightbulbs, even years before lightbulbs were invented. To say that indoor lighting or housing was something that developed and changed over the years is a stupid claim. Everybody knows that people lived in complete darkness before Edison, and even people in the 1300s had garages and futons. By the way, photons have never been directly observed."

14, although it never gets screwed in correctly.

12 apostles are needed for the last supper before the screwing in of the light bulb. 1 Christ is needed as a messenger to tell his Father that the humans want to screw the light bulb in with his help. 1 Bible thumper needs to genuflect, eat a wafer, drink some wine, speak in tongues, and then throw the light bulb in the air screaming "God may thouest screw it in!" Oftentimes the bulb falls dully to the floor and the glass shatters. This is where the bloody feet come in.

On the other hand, who needs light when their greatest light comes from within? Perhaps we should all sit in the pitch blackness murmuring about the Rapture and waiting for Godot.

*Wow, Angel, whatever our differing beliefs, that was a FUNNY answer. I keep picturing it and giggling. Props to your sense of humor. =)

*Eds* - Edison was not Jewish. Please read up on your sources.

You wouldn't be asking such sarcastic questions if the Bible hadn't shown us how to make light bulbs in the first place. And if you had a sole at all you would recognize that with the proper interpretation, we have the iPod, but not the 30GB iPod, that came from Evolution.

Actually, now that you tell me how stupid I am I guess I'll just get myself some atheist slaves and let them do it. That way they can show me how smart they are by screwing in my lightbulb. I'll pat them on the head while I sit and have a nice cool drink. Who is dumb?

generally two in a traditional family, but getting them inside the lightbulb is the tricky part

I don't get it? Are trolls just really bored, have no life, are they friendless so have to take their anger for their lonliness out on others or what? What makes a person even bother wasting their time this way? You can't read a book or watch a movie, too much stress on the brain or what? Very pathetic.

Acid,
If you want to be cute, at least be original...

By the way... Brian,
Edison was actually Jewish. He did not spend much time away from his mathematics to follow his religion though. The Jewish People were GOD's People before Christ was born and crucified by them. HE came and died for our sins. You also have an opportunity to become a CHRISTIAN and become a Child of GOD.

Study these scriptures and see what you think. To become a Christian:
1. HEAR - Romans 10:14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?
2. BELIEVE - In Mark 16:16, Jesus said “He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.”
3. REPENT - Luke 13:3 I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.
4. CONFESS CHRIST - 1 Timothy 6:12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
5. BE BAPTIZED - Romans 6:3-4 do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
6. CONTINUE TO BE FAITHFUL - Jesus said in Matthew 7:21 "Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.”
Send me a note if you have questions. I am anxious to hear from you. Have a Great day.

1 (out of a handful of creationists left in this world)

You remind me of the "How many atheists" question.

How ironically, Edison was an atheist
