Are you looking for relief from stress and anxiety? I have tried "Rescue Remedy" (can get at natural food store) and it really works. I feel clearer after taking it. I don't drink or anything. Last time I had a glass of wine was 1994.
This tonic has five flowers and brandy as preservative. I found a Yahoo Annswer regarding it if you want more input on it:

yes there are many things that you can buy to make you feel good.if you are feeling like you are depressed then the best thing to do is go see a doctor so that he can prescribe medication that will help you feel good agine. but if shopping, traveling make you feel good then try that just remeber that will only be a short time fix.

The pleasure you get from drinking milk is not in the milk. Buy what you want, and feel good.
