Well it is a personal choice..but since you are asking..it gives me the impression that you want to change your ways.
You need to learn to control yourself..and tell yourself that you wont do it anymore..unless you are actually dating someone or something like that.
You need to learn to have self control.

1st of all...discipline yourself with that. u are getting addicted to it and that's bad...ur gonna be called "easy" and all kinds of names. Don't set yourself up for that. Just tell yourself ur gonna start having guys friends, day by day basis
