okay so im 4'11 or 5'0 i forget...but on the BMI thing it says that if im 4'11, then i should weigh 92-123 lbs. And when i put in 5 feet it says i should weigh 95-128...Im 13 years old and weigh ALMOST 80 pounds..so what do u think??

and im not anorexic...

Although you may be preternaturally slender, 80 pounds is rather light. I would aim for 100 pounds.

As long as you are eating you're fine. I think I weighed 90 pounds when I was 13 and everyone thought I was anorexic because I was so skinny. I just played outside a lot which burned off all my fat and had a high metabolism. If I were you I'd just make sure I was eating 3 good meals a day.

Wait several more years before you think your too skinny. My daughter was 5"4 and only weighed 98 lbs at that age. Now she is 34 and weighs 123. Just right. AND is looked at by all the wolves out there.

Are you looking at a BMI chart for children or adults. Your BMI is 16.2, and it is considered normal for a child. You are fine. You do not need to change your eating habits as long as you are eating healthy. The more active you are the more you need to eat, so if you are in sports remember to slightly increase the amount you eat during those seasons.

At 13 I was just about the same size and I was active.

Your slim and that is 100% normal. Your still developing and should not be worried with your weight. Especially at 13. I know this sounds like an after school special service announcement but...........you body is developing into a young lady. Besides a little junk in the trunk is kinda nice. You are so no underweight.

yes you are underweight drink some ensure or boost with your meals and that will help you put some weight on. You are only 13 and when you hit puberty you will change and most likely gain a little weight if you are really concerned then ask your parents to go to the doctor and ask the doc if you should be worried about this...... they are the ones with the real answers

Don't worry about what the charts say. Eat right exercise and live healthy. You are still young and your body is still growing. If you take care of your self the rest will sort itself out.

If you're not anorexic, you're fine. Eat healthy. Get regular exercise. Get a physical. Be happy.

If your not anorexic then theres probably nothing to worry about. Talk to your docter if you are really concerned that you are underweight. Talk to your Mom about it and ask her to set up an appointment with your docter.

You're a bit underweight, you should be at least 90 lbs. But nothing you should be worried about.
