If you can keep it protected from the elements, do so. If you have a buyer, sell.

Sounds like a classic. Can you afford to keep it? It's really hard to say for sure with this much limited information.
The Duster were not the most sought after car in 1974. That's when to smog stuff was put on heavily and power was beginning to be a scarce commodity.
Is it a slant six or 8 cylinder?

Being a '74 with the smog gear and it used leaded fuel when it was a baby, you may want to sell it. EPA regulations will effect it if you plan to sell it without restoring it. Restoring it will be expensive because the metal used in Dusters was the lowest grade, hence the cost of the car at the time. Restoration will be impractical because those were/are not a high demand/low production vehicle. It'll make a nice beater/hand-me-down for a younger-basic insurance, aka starter car driver. Good luck, hope this helps you!

Don't keep a car for sentimental value, unless Elvis once owned it!
Depending on the options, like the motor(426 hemi), multiple carbs, ect..
What is the condition of the body/interior. If the motor works aren't top notch and the body isn't perfect, then you might get rid of it.
Don't throw good money after bad!!
Sell it to a teenager that wants a fixer upper!

It has the status of an antique vehicle now, it could be worth a lot of money. If you find someone who would pay the right price, sell it. I wouldn't, the worth will only grow, especially if the car is in a good condition.

take out full coverage insurance on it. then make sure you have a couple of pictures of one, if yours doesnt look all that good get a couple of pics of someone elses that does. part it out. the parts for one of those are going for a small fortune nowadays. and after all the parts are sold, take whatever is left to the scrap metal yard. cut them into small enough pieces that they wont need the title. then file a stolen vehicle report with the police and your insurance co. get the check and dont ever do it again.
