you measure honey as a liquid,and if you want to make sure you get all of it out of your measuring cup lightly oil it and this will allow you to get a proper measurement.i hope this helps

A Liquid. Honey doesn't have a definite shape so therefore it is a liquid. If however it was frozen, It would be a Solid.

Could be either. It depends in what form the honey is. Might be liquid, might be half-solid, like straight from the beehive.

That would be liquid. Just a tip if the honey congeals, put it in the microwave for a few seconds to liquefy it again.
