which photo editor is better?

Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 or Microsoft Digital Image Suite 10? We want to basically use it for family photos. But we will be using it a little for graphic art. Just amateur stuff. I am familiar with Photoshop but not the Microsoft editor so if you have used it, tell me a little bit about it. Thanks so much!

Photoshop is far and away a better program.

Photoshop, that is the best. If you are interested you can also use Macromedia Fireworks, but Photoshop is nicer in my opinion.
