i just went to my v-day dance last night and the guy i like was looking at me the whole time[of corse i was looking back] and im to scared to ask him out.and i dont even know if he really likes me.if i dont ask him out ill just miss my shot right

It's sad when you too scared to even try; especially, the guy. You both could have been dancing and gotten to know each other.
I don't like advising a girl to ask some guy out; but if you really like him that much - then go ahead - ask him to a movie or something. If you too shy, give him a note. Smile. You're doing yourself a favor by not wondering what if. Good luck sweetie! Hug.
