After the rapture a good Christian would be taken to heaven. When people go to heaven they are spirits, they do not take the shape of their human body. When they are in human form they will look young and healthy and natural. Also in heaven they would have no need for a penis, it wouldn't matter the size. I think it would be it's natural size, if indeed they still had a penis.

Watch Dragon Ball Z, when they go to heaven they are all little clouds. They only get to keep their body if they are a great warrior. So if you want to keep your enlarged penis, save the world.
