When do you think is an appropriate age for a girl to get her first boyfriend. i think this girl is mature and would maintain time with friends, family. and grades. what do you think is a good age though?

It's a subjective question. I think you hit it on the head, when they can handle a relationship and continue and maintain their current familial and community relationships . . . age is not the issue, it's a maturity level.

About 15 or 16 years of age.

Everyone matures at different ages, so it really does depend.
