is that what they believe( buddhists) i dont know anything about reincarnation,but when i was a child there were flashes of a place at a certain time that i felt like i had been there before has anyone else

yes, Buddhists believe in reincarnation and their form is a little complicated, but not very hard to understand.
they believe that in each life you improve something about yourself, and that being reincarnated into a human is the highest step.
the steps are:
demon (one of the lowest)
animal
human (highest)
half-god
god (one of the lowest)
and when you are in human form you are meant to attempt to achieve a thing called nirvana, total purification and peace within your soul. this is considered "heaven" in some ways...
if you become too vain you move toward a god, and if you become too full of malice and hatred you move more towards a demon.

What is there to incarnate? This is very important. Where do "you" come from? Most people are time bound, they don't know the truth. To enter the timeless most must practise stilling the mind. This is not easy, so most "believe" what they are told. Big mistake. If you want to know the truth of yourself, you will start to seek, and ask questions. You are doing that. You can know.

I remember several past lives I remember my last one, the name of my parents and brother the place where I lived , the moment of my death and the way I died who killed me and what I felt (I was jut 3) .I've seen ppl from past lives that are now with me in this one. Sometimes I wish I were crazy and all that weren't real I really want to be crazy because it' is too painful to remember it =0(

TO ME, I HAVE HAD SEVERAL EXPERIENCES, WHERE IVE SAID A CERTAIN WORD, AND KNEW THE MEANING WITHOUT EVEN HAVING ANY KNOWLEDGE OF ITS ORIGIN. ALSO YEARS BACK, MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE GOT SHOT UP, AND BULLETS FLEW PASSED MY HEAD, WHICH I PROCEEDED TO GET IN COMMANDO POSITION, AND SLITHJER MY WAY TO SAFETY. BEING BORN IN 1967, LIKING THE STLYE, THE FASHION, AND WHEN ANY VIETNAM SUBJECT IS HEARD, I GET SO EMOTIONAL, YOU WOULDNT BELIEVE IT. I TRULY BELIEVE MAYBE A SOLDIER WHO PASSED IN NAM IN 67, ENTERED MY NEW SOUL, TO CONTINUE HIS JOURNEY , WHICH WAS NOT COMPLETED FOR HIM.
