These are GREAT. very popular dessert recipe at my house! hope it helps-

1 1/3 cups flour
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar, divided
3/4 cup cold butter or margarine
1 cup old fashioned oats or quick-cooking oats, uncooked
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Preheat oven to 350°F
Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, overlapping the sides of the pan with foil to allow easy removal of the bars later. Grease foil lining.
Mix flour, brown sugar and 1/4 cup of the sugar.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in oats and pecans. Reserve 1 cup of the oat mixture.
Press remaining mixture onto bottom of pan. Bake 15 minute.
Beat cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice until well blended.
Pour over crust; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake 25 minute
Lift from pan using foil handles; cool completely

PUMPKIN COOKIE BAR

1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, nuts, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add butter; mix until crumbly. Press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crust and bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes until pick comes out clean. Cool completely.
Cream Cheese Topping: Beat together until fluffy one (8 ounce) package cream cheese and 1/4 cup orange marmalade. Spread over cooled bars. Garnish with crushed granola, chopped nuts, or orange peel.
